Some snippets of the Night Festival when we went last Saturday :-)
Which was also the last Saturday of my summer break :-(

I think it's a rather iconic affair of our own and you should go down if you haven't this coming Friday & Saturday!

Moved onto SAM - we followed the music and found ourselves in the courtyard where a live band performance was taking place. Really enjoyed the good vibes by Pleasantry!

The festival village for this year's night fest is way bigger than the previous, which also meant that most of the crowd congregated here. Spent most of the time trying to navigate through the crowd so I barely took any photos, but it sure is a good place for snacks and drinks. The early birds even get to snag bean bags - front row seats at the main stage area.

Lovely light installations that made their nest at the night fest (pun intended)
Especially the second one which appeared like a giant musical mobile, those you hang over baby cots.

Embruns De Lune

Glad we ventured into the church grounds and experienced this show. It was really intriguing as we watched the exchanges take place - eye contact, subtle smiles and the lending of ears. The experience of listening to words of love as a stranger holds the headphones on your ears is strangely intimate, in spite of the onlooking audience.

Another band performance marking the end of our journey.
I think the lyrics to one of the numbers performed were along the lines about how he (the singer) cannot sleep.
